Appointments & Bookings
To ensure that you can obtain your desired appointment dates and times we recommend scheduling your appointments as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. For this reason, we do offer standing regular appointments for your convenience or recommend that you pre-book your next couple of appointments at time of check-out.
We will require all clients, established and new, to have a valid credit card on file to secure an appointment. Body & Beyond is deeply committed to your privacy and credit card security and assure you that we meet and exceed all compliance regulations. We do not store credit card numbers on any of our databases, nor will anyone have additional access to the actual numbers once they have been entered into our system. You may choose to pay for your service however you like upon checkout.
Gift certificates may also be used on lieu of a credit card to hold your appointment provided you have the gift certificate tracking number available at time of booking and the amount of the gift certificate covers the amount of the services booked.
Since we often have clients that are waiting on a pending list for appointments, it is very important that you let us know in advance if you will not be able to attend your scheduled appointment. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. For this reason, we will be monitoring and strictly enforcing our “Cancellation” and “No-Show” policies. Any client that no-shows more than once will be asked to pre-pay for any future appointments.
Please be courteous to others. To preserve the vibe and ambiance of the spa we kindly ask that you turn your cell phones or other devices to vibrate upon arrival and remember to speak in your very soft “spa voice” when you enter the spa. Please inform a staff member if you need to step outside to take a phone call so that you may do so without disturbing other guests. Phone calls may never be accepted during spa services and any cell phone or smart device usage may affect the length of your service.
Services & Prices
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.
Series of Treatments & Account Payments
We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any spa treatment series that are purchased, or account payments made. We will, however, exchange them for other services or spa credit of equal value.
Cancellations/ No Shows
If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment a 24-hour notice is required. While we understand that unanticipated events do happen, it is our desire to be considerate and fair with each of our clients' time. Because we book in advance, cancellations or changes with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee no less than 50% of the amount of the scheduled service(s) for the appointment missed.
Anyone that forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their scheduled appointment time will be considered a "no-show" and will be charged the full fee for the missed appointment.
